West Michigan Conference Youth Camps Are Filling Fast…

But it’s not too late to register!  It’s quick and easy to register online – go to www.westmichiganconference.org/camping to find a variety of camps for all ages, at all locations, going on throughout the summer.  Use this same link to download registration, rebate, and health/release forms.

Two things to note:

  1. The West Michigan Conference scholarship fund is depleted.  We have been privileged to provide financial assistance this year to more than 220 campers across the Conference.

However, your camper can still earn money toward their camp fee if…

·         A first-time camper can apply for a $50 rebate. ($25 for a mini-camp.)

·         A returning camper is eligible for a $50 rebate ($25 for mini-camp) for each first-time camper he or she can invite, no matter how many! (All campers must be enrolled and paid before rebates can be issued.)

  1. For those campers already registered, full payment of open balances is due in the Camp Registrar’s office on or before Monday, May 16, 2011.

·         You can still register for any camp up until the day it begins (provided there are still openings;) but all registrations taken after May 16 must be accompanied by full payment.

Questions?  Call Pamela Stewart, Camp Registrar, at (616) 459-4503 or 888-217-1905, or email pstewart@wmcumc.org.
